THE COUNCIL

The Council works closely with the Core Committee of The World Youth Group and the Advisory Board. The Council comprises a team of reputed and experts who have demonstrated their best in the public, academic, and financial sectors. 

This limited member team is recommended or nominated. They propose ideas to the Chair of the Core Committee on the Fundamental Objectives and help in the functioning of the World Youth Group.

Mr.Mohammad Mansoor

DIRECTOR, THE COUNCIL
Chairman & CEO of SAARA Group heads a series of ventures and organisations spread across the domains of Information Technology, Energy, Media, Oil & Gas, Sports Initiatives, Seed Capital Investments, and Social Initiatives. Mohammad Mansoor had been an active part of sports initiatives introduced by His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa. 
Dr. Dilson

Dr.Dilson Rassier

CHAIR, ACADEMIC ADVISORY

Dr.Dilson Rassier is the Dean of the Faculty of Education (2013-2019) and a Professor at the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education at McGill University. Dr. Rassier is a Canada Research Chair in Muscle Biophysics (Tier 1), and the director of Muscle Biophysics and Physiology. 

Dr. Rassier earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology in the Federal Universities of Brazil. He obtained his Ph.D. in Muscle Physiology in 1998 in the department of Medical Sciences at the University of Calgary. Dr. Rassier underwent four years of postdoctoral training at the University of Calgary, and one year at the University of Washington. Previously to assuming his position as the Dean, he served as the Associate Dean (Research and Graduate Studies) (2010-2013).

Dr.Allen E. Goodman

Member, ACADEMIC ADVISORY

Dr. Allan E. Goodman is the sixth President of the Institute of International Education, which marked its Centennial in 2019. IIE promotes the exchange of scholars and students, rescues scholars, students, and artists from persecution, displacement, and crises, conducts research on international academic mobility, and administers the Fulbright program sponsored by the United States Department of State, as well as over 200 other corporate, government and privately-sponsored programs.  U.S. Senate Resolution 146 passed unanimously in April 2019 commending IIE for its work in all these areas.
